How I keep my brain healthy for learning!

Today we began our work on how to keep our brain healthy so we can learn.  The children have taken home a 'log book' and we would like them to focus on the things they do in the day that enable them to learn. For example, how much exercise they do each day, what healthy food they eat, how much time is spent using a digital device and how much sleep they get each night.  It would be great if you could help your child fill out this log every day for the next week.  Please return it to school next Wednesday morning.  With thanks.
